How can I find out more information about how Houston New Home Source can help me with Houston area Real Estate Investments?

How can Houston New Home Source afford to offer exceptional customer service and a cash rebate to your customers?

We get this question mostly from other realtors!  Our business model is based on referrals and word-of-mouth. It is not based on costly advertising campaigns that your traditional real estate firms participate. We then pass this savings onto our customers who in turn happily refer us to their friends, family, and co-workers to receive the same service and discounts.

How much will it cost to use Houston New Home Source when I buy a new home?

Nothing, You’ll get more help, but won’t pay more because most agent fees are paid out of the builders marketing funds and not the sales price of the home. You will receive additional discounts and possible cash at closing if you use us as your Realtor.  (You may want to reread that again?  Zero costs to you! AND we are going to pay you $1,000.00).

Where can I find a detailed map of the Houston Area?

Visit our communities page.  This map gives you a detailed overview of the Houston area.  If you are unable to find the community you are looking for give us a call.  We serve many communities but only the larger one are listed on our map.

Why ... ?

Why should I use a you, a local firm, when I can use a large national firm?

Working with a national firm does not mean your Realtor will have more experience or resources.  Larger firms also place a lot more time demands on their Realtors.  M & I Home Source, LLC makes sure that its Realtors are always available to you an not wasting time at frequent company meetings and conference calls.  Plus, large firms have large advertising costs (hot air balloons are expensive) and can't afford to give you the service we can as your Realtor.

What is HoustonNewHomeSource.com?

It is the website for M & I Home Source, LLC.  We’ve developed this site to be a resource for our current and potential customers.  Our intentions for this site are to help compile the myriad of information available to assist our customers with finding the perfect new home and community!

What if I decide not to use an M & I Home Source, LLC Realtor to purchase my new home?

As a company we have worked very hard to develop lasting business relationships with most of the builders in the area.  We have developed these relationships so we can better service our customers and properly fit them with the correct home.   Most savvy buyers want to take advantage of the ground work that we have already laid and also reap the rewards of receiving Cash from us at closing.  You can chose not to use us but why would you want to create more work for yourself and lose out on free money?

When ... ?

When do I get my Cash from M & I Home Source, LLC?

Great question!  You will receive your Cash on the day of closing.  Most builders are able to apply the rebate directly to your closing costs.  If for some reason they are unable to do this M & I Home Source, LLC will pay you directly within 7 business days.
